Regular Services

Morning Worship

Sunday. 10:30am

Our main Sunday morning service follows a variety of formats, with ordained and lay preachers. Holy Communion is held roughly every 2 weeks. Check the church calendar to see what is coming up.

The services are held in church but are also live-streamed for those people who aren't able to join us.

Wednesday Service

Wednesday, 10:30am

A smaller, more interactive service is held in the Chancel every Wednesday, except during August. 

The format of the service includes a study passage read by the person who chose it, followed by discussion of the passage. The service often includes Holy Communion.

All Age Worship

Sunday, around every 6 weeks, 10:30am

A Sunday morning worship service designed for the whole church family. Our children do not leave to go to Junior Church but stay with us to join in the full service.

Special Services

Weddings

At SAPLC we celebrate and affirm the love shared between opposite sex and same sex couples and offer marriage for both. For opposite sex couples, we are able to offer weddings in both the Church of England and Methodist traditions. Same sex marriages are conducted by a Methodist Minister according to the rites of the Methodist Church.

The church is available for funerals during the week, and the minister is always available to help you plan the celebration of a life and a fitting farewell to your loved one, whether this is in the church or at the crematorium.
