Annual Church Meeting
The Annual Church Meeting will be held on Sunday 26th April after the morning service, in church.
Please consider standing for election as a Warden, Steward, as a member of the Ecumenical Church Council, or as a SAPLC representative to the Deanery Synod.
It is particularly important that we find someone to join the team of Stewards and Wardens. The post is open to all Joint and Anglican members. Please think seriously about whether you could fill this position, which is vital to the life of the church. If you wish to stand, or would like to find out what is involved, please speak to Joy Rulton or one of the current team (Mary Mitchell, Jan Owen, John Cripps)
Revision of the Electoral Roll
The Electoral Roll has to be revised prior to the Annual Church Meeting which will be held on Sunday 26th April.
In order to vote at the Annual Church Meeting you must be either on the Electoral Roll or a Methodist member. Members who live in the parish or who have attended regularly for the past six months are welcome to apply to be on the Electoral Roll.
• If your details have changed in the last twelve months but you are already on the Electoral Roll and you have recently filled in and returned the GDPR form you need do nothing.
• If you are eligible and would like your name to be added, please pick up an application form in church and return it to Judith Roberts by Monday 6th April (by post to 1 The Causeway, Sheffield S17 3EA or email robertsjm4@googlemail.com).
Application forms can also be downloaded here.
N.B. If you have previously joined the Electoral Roll and you are sure that the details we hold for you are accurate, there is no need to take any action this year.
